Katherine Tegg

Managing Director
Katherine is an experienced IT Programme and Project Manager with 35+ years delivering major initiatives across enterprise, banking, energy, and infrastructure. She is known for leading complex digital transformations, system integrations, and high‑value programmes with strong governance and clear strategic direction
Tamahauiti Potaka

Strategy Associate
Tama is a strategist with a background in commerce, science, and kaupapa Māori. He has held leadership roles in iwi‑led research and contributed to major strategic projects in the corporate sector. Tama is committed to strengthening Māori development and ensuring rangatahi perspectives are part of decision‑making.
Jack Potaka

Director

Jack is a lawyer with expertise in corporate governance, te reo Māori, tikanga Māori, and Te Tiriti o Waitangi. As founder of Te Tari Consultants, he operates at the intersection of law, language, and Māori enterprise. Jack leads the strategic direction of Haumi Ventures and embeds tikanga Māori across governance, procurement, and investment practice. His leadership strengthens Māori economic participation and advances iwi- and community-led housing pathways that deliver long-term whānau stability and intergenerational wealth.
Rowan Teh

Associate

Rowan’s passion is helping organisations realise value and reduce risk in transformations. He brings deep experience of technology change from governing and leading projects. Understanding and measuring the case for change, and the impact on processes and people from technology are his key strengths. He brings +25 years of management consulting experience in Director-level roles for global consulting firms (KPMG, Datacom, Atos Origin). During this time, he has performed a variety of value realisation, business casing, requirements gathering, programme/project management and independent quality assurance engagements.
